Hi, I’m Evan—owner/operator of Window Wizards. I grew up in Rancho Murieta, went to school at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and moved down to San Diego for a couple of years before returning back home. After working in wildland fire and construction, I realized I loved the satisfaction of physical work—but I wanted to build something of my own. So I dove deep into the business: learning how to clean windows the right way, protect your glass, and make the whole process seamless for my clients. How do you price your window cleanings?

We use simple pane-range pricing (Small/Medium/Large/XL) plus any add-ons (interiors, full screen cleanings, high-access). Fast quotes — no home visit required aside from special circumstances.

What's included in an exterior window cleaning?

Professional mop & squeegee, light wipe of frames/sills, loose debris removal on glass, and a quick dust-off and spray of removable screens. Deep screen wash or track detailing are optional add-ons.

Do you clean interiors too?

Yes—same process, with drop cloths and booties. We ask that you clear sills and fragile items before we arrive.

What about hard water spots?

Light hard water removal is included free up to 3 panes; beyond that, we price removal separately and will talk with you before performing the work (may require an additional waiver).

What if it rains after my service?

Clean windows will dry clean, but sometimes dirt/debris from other areas can be flushed down onto the windows - if this happens, feel free to reach out within 7 days and we'll come back to reclean affected windows.
