Window Services

We use pane ranges to give fast, accurate quotes without needing an in‑person visit.

A window pane is one individual piece of glass surrounded by a frame.
For example, a standard single‑hung or double‑hung window has two panes - one upper and one lower.

We simply count the panes on your home, match them to the correct pane range, and apply our pricing for that size of home. This keeps your quote consistent, transparent, and easy to understand.

Homes that require significant use of tall ladders may include an access fee, which is listed in the pricing table.

Exterior Window Cleaning

Small (1-25 panes): $199

Medium (26-40 panes): $259

Large (41-60 panes): $339

XL (61-80 panes): $459

XXL (80+ panes): $5.25 per pane

Screen Cleaning

Interior Window Cleaning

Gutter Cleaning

Base Rate: $1.25-$2.00 per linear foot (single-story homes typically fall on the lower end, two-story or homes requiring more ladder use will be higher)

Minimum Charge: $179

Gutter Guards: If gutters have light debris buildup, they may be cleaned without removal. Heavy buildup will require guard removal and reinstallation, which adds $1 per linear foot to total price.
